• Virtual presentation: The opportunity to present papers virtually will be available only to international presenters.

• Local presenters: Local presenters are required to participate in the conference physically. Any requests from local presenters for virtual participation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Registration fee: Registration fee for virtual international presenters: International presenters participating virtually will be required to pay 50% of the applicable registration fee.

Plagiarism and Similarity: It is mandatory for all authors to submit a Turnitin Similarity Report together with their Extended Abstract at the time of submission. Extended abstracts submitted without a Turnitin Similarity Report or with a similarity index exceeding the maximum permitted limit of 20% may be rejected without review.
